🛑 Know the Signs of an Abusive Relationship 🛑
Extreme jealousy or insecurity
Constant belittling or put-downs, especially in front of others
Explosive temper
Isolating you from family or friends
Making false accusations
Erratic mood swings
Physically inflicting pain in any way
Possessiveness
Checking cell phone/social media
Pressuring you or forcing you to have sex
