Yesterday’s fundraising event at Anohka Distillery hosted by the amazing Margaret Carlton, Sarah Warrener, Taylor Carlton along with so many of the Carlton family, was nothing short of inspiring. Thank you for all your hard work! - It was such a meaningful event. I am absolutely overwhelmed by the outpouring of support and generosity from family, friends, and our wider community.
The Hope Beverley Safe House began with just a spark—a dream ignited by a chance encounter with a young woman and her daughter seeking help. In that moment, faced with the painful reality of limited local resources, I knew something had to change. That spark became a mission.
I am forever grateful to Karen Carlton, Clint Carlton, and Coral Siddell and for my family for believing in this dream and standing with me from the very beginning. Your unwavering support has meant the world to me.
And to every single one of you who came out to support: thank you! Your kindness is helping us create a safe, welcoming place for women and children when they need it most.
